Zimbabwean Ambassador in Rwanda visited Rusumo Construction Sites
On April 21, 2021, the Zimbabwean Ambassador in Rwanda, Amb. Prof. Charity Manyeruke visited the Regional Rusumo Falls Hydroelectric Project located at Rusumo border between Rwanda and Tanzania to learn on the progress of the Regional Rusumo Project.
Amb. Munyeruke was received by NELSAP Rusumo Project and RPCL Management and staff together with the Project’s Owner’s Engineer, AECOM. Project Management presented the Project’s institutional set up, achievements recorded so far and the overall Project’s progress which is approaching 76% and. Ambassador was taken to tour the construction sites at the power intake and the switchyard sites.
