Rusumo Project Management changes

NELSAP Rusumo Project starts year 2022 with new Project Manager. On December 19, 2021, NELSAP Regional Coordinator and his employees bid farewell to outgoing Project Manager Eng. Darren Protulipac who managed the Project for two years and a half from approximately 55% implementation progress in September 2019 to 84% overall progress in December 2021.

The newly appointed Regional Coordinator of NELSAP Coordination Unit, Dr. Isaac Alukwe appraised the outgoing manager for this paramount accomplishment. “NELSAP appreciates your contribution was tremendous to the Owner’s Company and Shareholders”.
