This PCDP is a tool for managing two-way communication between the Rusumo Falls Hydroelectric Project sponsors and the public. The general objective is to improve decision-making and build understanding by actively involving individuals, groups and organizations with a stake in the Project. This involvement will increase the Project’s long-term viability and enhance its benefit to locally affected people and other stakeholders. Download Document
